Hydrogen Gas
We supply Compressed Hydrogen gas in Bulk to our Industrial clients in different sectors. From Petro-Chemical to Edible oil sector and from Steel to Telecom sector, Hydrogen gas is used in various processes. Depending upon Hydrogen purity level and impurites present, different companies have different requirement.
Hydrogen gas is filled in seamless cylinders manufactured by reputed companies like Everest Kanto Cylinders (EKC). These cylinders are of different size and capacity varying from 47 lts, 80 lts, 150 lts and 160 lts water capacity. These cylinders are assemblied together in a squad and are connected with each other with brass and copper manifold. These squads are put on a trolley and connected with each other with valves. At the rear end of the trolley are multiple unloading points which are used to load and unload Hydrogen gas into the cylinders.
Depending upon compressor capacity at the loading point and requirement of our customers, cylinders are filled at either 150 or 200 bar pressure. Each of our trolleys are installed with Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) which reduces the pressure of gas and delivers gas at pressure required by our customers typically 150 Bar.
1. Ultra High Purity
Here Hydrogen gas is produced by Natural Gas process and has very high purity level. It doesn’t have impurity of Oxygen and Moisture.Purity is 99.999%.
2. Commercial Gas
Here Hydrogen gas is produced in Caustic Soda producing plant. This is a commerical grade Hydrogen gas having impurity of Oxygen and Moisture.Purity is 99.98%

– Periodic Testing of Manifold system
– Driving License and Hazadious Good Training of Driver
– Fire Extinguisher, Flame Arrestor in our vehicle
– Trem Card, Vehicle Document and Cylinders Documents with all vehicles
– GPS tracking devices to check speed and deviation in route
